Wilma V. Mckinney

Wilma (Woodby) McKinney, age 82 of Townsend, passed away Monday, September 28, 2009 at home. She loved her garden, cooking and canning. Preceded in death by: Husband, Russell Horton McKinney; Grandchildren, Chad McKinney and Amy Ezell; and several brothers and sisters. Survivors include: Sons & Daughters-in-law, Dewey & Kay McKinney of Longview, TX, Roy & Karen McKinney of Yukon, OK, Charlie & Denee McKinney of Houston, TX, Steve & Mary Jane McKinney of Houston, TX, Carl & Lisa Bowman McKinney of Portland, TN; Daughters & Sons-in-law, Linda & Mickey LaSalle of Shepherd, TX and Debbie & Aubrey Waddell of Maryville, TN; 22 Grandchildren; 4 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Roy Woodby of Gautier, MS, Jerry Woodby & Bill Woodby; Sisters, Bessie (Woodby) McNeilly of Memphis and Mary (Woodby) Layman of HI. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Rocky Hodge officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 3:15 PM, Thursday, October 1, 2009 at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment.
