William H. McCall (Bill), age 79, died October 21, 2025, at his home in Maryville after a courageous battle with cancer. Bill, a financial advisor, had a very successful fifty-two years in the financial service industry with the last twelve years at Ameriprise Financial. Bill was on the board of directors at Sensus Health Care. He lead Sensus from an idea to a public trading company. He was able to ring the bell on Wall Street in New York City on the opening day of trading for Sensus on the Nasdaq. He was also involved in various other businesses. He is preceded in death by parents Bud and Reba McCall. Bill is survived by his wife Bettye of 58 years; sons, Bryan and wife Cindy, and Scott and wife Krisi. His three grandchildren Harley, Cody and Miles were his pride and joy. For anyone who knew Bill knew he loved family, grandchildren, sports and playing cards. He is also survived by cousins, Crissy Jones of Johnson City, Jill Rollins, Mike, Tommy, Kelly and Melinda Spears, Winston Blazer, Neil and Jim Patton of Maryville, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Paula and Ricky Langston, niece and nephew Ashley Croom and Jeremy Langston. He leaves staff and partners of Ameriprise Financial. He also leaves many friends at Green Meadow Country Golf Club where he loved to play golf. Many thanks for all their support this past year. Bill was a graduate of the University of Tennessee and a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity. He is a member of First United Methodist Church where funeral arrangements will be on November 1, 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
