William D. Anderson

Anderson, William (Bill) D. age 77 of Maryville, passed away Monday, December 11, 2006 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy & Bertha Anderson and several brothers & sisters. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Emma Anderson; daughters & sons-in-law, Sherry & Larry Cook of Lexington, KY and Denise & Kevin Adams of Maryville; 4 grandchildren, Robbie & Jeremy Cook, Corey & Lucas Adams; special granddaughter, Alayna Pinion; brother-in-law, Charles Onks of Jonesborough, TN; several nieces & nephews; very special friend, Karen McNeilly and loved by all that knew him. The family will receive friends 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at Smith Mortuary. They will also receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Dillow Taylor Funeral Home, Jonesborough. Graveside service & interment will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 14, 2006 Mt. Wesley United Methodist Church Cemetery, Jonesborough.
