Wendy Rene Sprissler, age 42 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2023 at home. Wendy was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She had a huge love of sea turtles and loved working with her hands and creating arts and crafts. Preceded in death by father, Don Pyke; grandparents. Survived by husband, Mike Sprissler; son, Connor; daughters, Kaylie and Lyndsey; grandchildren, Arieta; mother, Marlys Pyke; sister, Allyson Pyke; mother-in-law, Deborah Eddy. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund. Family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Smith East Hall. The Funeral Service will be at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Smith East Hall. Interment to follow at 12:30 PM at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
