Wanda Jean Jeffries

Wanda Jean Jeffries, age 83 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital.  Mrs. Jeffries was a member of East Maryville Baptist Church and had a longtime career in our local grocery stores. During her life she enjoyed playing basketball, singing and playing the piano and loved gospel music.  Preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Minnie Wilson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles Wilson, Walter (Grace) Wilson, Robert Lee (Mable) Wilson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Dicia June (Richard) Tipton, and Twila Joyce (William) Baker.  Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Gina and Darrell Crowe; and many Nieces, Nephews, Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 16, 2022 in the Smith Chapel.
