Wade H. Ferguson

Ferguson Sr., Wade H. age 93 of Loudon, passed away Friday, April 14, 2006 at Colonial Hills Nursing Center. He was a past Master of New Providence Lodge #128 and received his 50 year certificate. He was a member of Scottish Rite and Kerbella Shriner. He graduated June 1, 1936 from Lincoln Memorial University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He retired from Alcoa as a Millwright with over 30 years of service and was a member of their 25-year Club. He was a member of Friendsville First Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Ferguson. Survivors include sons, Tom Ferguson of Loudon and Wade Ferguson Jr. of Friendsville; brother, Enos Ferguson; nieces, Lucille Rayburn and husband, Homer and Kathleen Clapp. Masonic and funeral services will be 7:30 p.m., Monday, April 17, 2006, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Dr. Mark Grubb officiating. Family & friends will assemble 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 1900 Richmond Rd., Louisville, KY 40502 in Mr. Ferguson's memory.
