Virginia Orpha Thompson

Virginia Thompson age 88 of Maryville passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at home. She was a Cherokee Indian. Preceded in death by: Husband, Hubert Thompson; Brother, Burl Lee; Sisters, Ruby, Naomi, Pearl, and Ruth. Survivors include: Daughter, Edwina Bivens of Maryville; Grandsons, Anthony & Adam Bivens; Great-Grandsons, Caleb, Spencer, William and Chance Bivens; Sister-in-law, Dorothy Lee of KY; many nieces, nephews and other family members also survive. Family and friends will assemble for graveside service and interment at 3:30 PM, Monday, April 18, 2011 at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Clifton Hearon officiating.
