Virginia Sue Porter

Virginia Sue Porter of Maryville passed away Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a longtime employee of the City of Maryville and a lifelong member of Mountain View Church of Christ. Preceded in death by: husband, John Porter; parents, Floyd & Inez Raulston; brother, Charles T. Raulston. Survivors include: daughter & son-in-law, Linda & Melvin Hughes; grandchildren, Justin & Chris Hughes, Kerri & Adam Thompson, John & Molly Hughes; great-grandchildren, Anna Thompson, Sarah Thompson, Haley Hughes, and Porter Hughes; sister-in-law, Norma Porter; nephew, Ray Porter; nieces, Kathy Porter, Amy Lovin, Charae Lovin, and Julie Raulston; several great nieces and nephews and cousins.
