Thomas A. Blake, age 61, of Alcoa, passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Dorothy Blake; Survivors include his aunt, Jessie Blake Miles of Oakdale, TN; several Cousins; and special friends. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev.
