Preceded in death by: Father, Boyd Best; Mother, Louise Best; Brother, Stanley Best, Sr.; Nephew, Alan Hitch. Survivors include: Wife of 40 years, Carolyn Best; Son & Daughter-in-law, Thomas Franklin Best II & wife Angela; Grandson, Tommy Brian Best & wife Katie; Sister, Virginia Hitch; Sister-in-law, Janice Best; Aunt, Juanita Cagle; Niece, LeAnne Howard (Eddie); Nephews, Stanley Best (Ramona), Mike Best (Susan), and Tony Hitch (Donna); several great nieces, great nephews and cousins; 2 great-great-nieces and 1 great-great-nephew.
