Sandra J. Millsaps age 78 of Maryville passed away Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the family home. She was a member of Grandview Baptist Church and Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. She retired from Blount County Courthouse. Preceded in death by: parents, Clell & Queenie Cotter; brother, Johnny Cotter; niece, Vickie Hanson; fur babies, Precious & Beemer. Survivors include: husband, Steve Millsaps; son & daughter-in-law, Rob & Jennifer Millsaps; daughter, Melanie Millsaps; grandchildren, Ryan and Kaylee; brother & sister-in-law, Sonny & Irene Cotter; sister & brother-in-law, Sylvia & Don Headrick; several nieces and nephews; special caregivers, Elexia Jones, Karla Crawley, and Britney Holloway; fur baby, Pepper.
