Ruth Angeline Holt

Holt, Ruth C. age 84, of Alcoa, passed away Friday, October 5, 2007 at the family home. She was a member of Alcoa First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Rhoda Cooper and brother, John Cooper. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, G. Hugh Holt; son, Barry Holt of Mt. Juliet, TN; grandchildren, Nicholas and Natalie of Mt. Juliet; sister, Mildred Carrell of Newport; many nieces & nephews. Funeral service 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2007 with Rev. Rocky Hodge officiating. Entombment will be private at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Smith West Chapel.
