Christopher, Ruth Wilson Hatcher age 78 of Walland passed away Sunday, February 25, 2007 at Maryville Healthcare Center. She was a member of East Walland Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Husband, Austin Christopher Jr.; Parents, Will & Catherine Hatcher; Brother, Robert Hatcher. Survivors include: Daughter and Son-in-law, Linda Kay & Kenneth Baker of Maryville; Son and Daughter-in-law, David & Janet Christopher of Walland; Six Grandchildren; Seven Great-Grandchildren; Sisters, Nina Mae Brewer, Jean Garner, and Iona Killian. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 27, 2007 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Pastor Mike Seagle and Rev. Jim McCulla officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 28, 2007 at Keeble's Chapel Church Cemetery for the interment.
