Ruth Brackett, age 78 of Alcoa, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Ruth was an active member of the Boys and Girls Scouting of America. Preceded in death by husband, Charles Brackett; parents, James and Myrtle Dunlap; brother, Ronald Dunlap. Survived by son, Keith Brackett; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Pat Dunn; grandchildren, Sean and Megan Dunn; nephews, Scott Brackett, Ron Dunlap; niece, Kristi Dunlap.
