Ballard, Roy A. age 89 of Maryville passed away Saturday, December 22, 2007. He was a member of Broadway Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Gentry Ballard, Grandson, Mark Ballard and Brother, Fred Ballard. Survivors include Son, Ed Ballard of Maryville; Daughter, Dianne Nichols of Maryville; Grandchildren, Darryl and Brenda Ballard of Jackson, MS; Stacey and Kendel Overholt of Walland; Great Grandchildren, Hailey and Garrett Overholt and Blake Ballard; Sister, Iris Moen of FL. Funeral service 7:30 pm Wednesday, December 26, 2007 Smith West Chapel. Family and Friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m Thursday, December 27, 2007 at Grandview Cemetery. Family will receive from 6:00 pm till 7:30 pm on Wednesday, December 26, 2007 West Chapel of Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, 865-983-1000.
