Robert "Rob" Wayne Larkin II

Robert Wayne Larkin II, known by many as Rob, age 45 of Knoxville passed away Friday, November 4, 2022 at Parkwest Medical Center.  He was a 1995 graduate of Sullivan South High School (Kingsport, TN.). Rob graduated from the University of Tennessee Knoxville in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Arts and Roane State Community College in 2018 with a Registered Nursing Degree.  He was employed by Parkwest Medical Center for 21 years.  Preceded in death by grandparents, Worley McMurray, Ruth McMurray, and Mary Ruth Larkin.  Rob was a devoted husband, loving father, son, and brother.  He will be sorely missed by:  Wife of 10 years, Ashley Legleu Larkin;  sons, Robert “Trey” Wayne Larkin III, Jackson “Topher” Larkin, Braxton Allen Larkin, and Max Worley Larkin;  mother, Reva Lane;  father, Robert Wayne Larkin and wife Judy;  father-in-law & mother-in-law, David and Jane Legleu;  brother & brother-in-law, Aaron Larkin and Michael Anderson;  sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Dawn and Matt Chodak;  sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Allison and Bobby McCoy;  special nieces, Hannah McCoy, Mattison Chodak, Kyla Larkin, Abbie McCoy, and Miley McCoy;  special nephews, Michael Chodak and Eli Larkin; and a host of family and friends.  Our lives will be forever changed without him.  Receiving of friends will be from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 12, 2022 with Rev. Chris Edmonds and Rev.
