Richard P. Leslie

Richard P. Leslie, age 86, Maryville, TN, passed away March 5, 2023 at Blount Memorial Hospital in Maryville.  He was of the Lutheran faith.  Richard was born March 18, 1936 in Flint, MI.  He grew up in Saginaw, MI, graduating from Arthur Hill High School.  He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree at Michigan State University and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.  After a Business/Sales career in Virginia, Ohio and Illinois, he retired as National Sales Manager with Keson Industries, Inc., Naperville, IL and moved to Maryville where he enjoyed living for 23 years with wife, Sharon.  Preceded in death by:  parents, Paul G. Leslie and Lucile M. Barton; sister, Barbara Otto; step-sister, Jane Cheney; step-brother, John Barton.  He is survived by:  wife, Sharon of 65 years; daughter, Diana (Daniel) Budzynski; son, Michael Leslie; grandchildren, Trevor and Marissa Budzynski; and five nieces and nephews.  Interment will be at a later date in Freeland, MI.  Snow Funeral Home, Saginaw, will be in charge of arrangements.
