Rachel Savannah Lawson, age 31, of Philadelphia, passed away Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at home. She was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Lenoir City. Preceded in death by: mother, Kristine Lawson; grandparents, Mary Jo Worley and Elisabeth Lawson. Survivors include: father, Gary Lawson; grandparents, Julius Lawson & Robert Worley; brothers, Andrew (Jamie) Lawson and Nicholas (Kristie) Lawson; sister, Rebekah (Philip) Tunkel; aunts & uncles, Patricia Backus, Robin (Ralph) Smith, and John Cisco; nieces and nephews, Lucas Lawson, Cameryn Lawson, Christoph Lawson, Daniele Lawson, Eva Lawson, Benjamin Tunkel, Abigail Tunkel, Olivia Tunkel. Family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, Monday January 5, 2026 at Smith Chapel. Funeral service will be at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Sacred Heart Cathedral Knoxville, TN. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Berry Highland West.
