Phyllis Ann Nicholson

Nicholson, Phyllis Ann age 66 of Maryville passed away Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at Blount Memorial Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was a beloved mother and grandmother. She was born on March 2, 1940 in Maryville, TN to Staley and Hazel McClanahan of Friendsville. Preceded in death by: Father, Staley McClanahan. Survivors include: Mother, Hazel McClanahan; Sisters, Elnora McClanahan, Ruth Gilland, Shirley Kelso, Martha Hardin; Brothers, Marvin, Loy, Emerson, Ronald, and Jerry McClanahan; Son, Robert Floyd Nicholson Jr.; Son and Daughter-in-law, Art & Ginger Nicholson; Granddaughter, Lindy whom she loved more than anything in this world; several nieces and nephews; and special feline friend, Trixie. She will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. We love you Mom.
