Phyllis Emmaline Morelock

Phyllis Emmaline Morelock, age 92, of Maryville, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025 at L & L Sweet Home Care.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her beloved husband Bill. She is survived by her son Jerry (Deborah) Morelock and grandsons Jeremy and Zach Morelock.

Phyllis earned a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She was employed by the Knox County School systems as a teacher and department head and retired from Maryville City Schools. Phyllis was a board member of the Sam Houston School House and was passionate about its preservation.
