Phyllis E. Carter

Phyllis "Sally" Carter age 60 of Maryville passed away Monday, February 24, 2014 at UT Medical Center. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church. Sally was a Senior Library Specialist at UT Law Library. She loved singing in the choir and her family and church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Rev. James J. & Mildred Kelley; Half Brother, James D. Kelley. Survivors include: Husband of 35 years, David Carter; Brother & Sister-in-law, James & Shelby Kelley; Twin Brother, Phillip Earl & Jeannie Kelley; Half Brother, Michael Duane Kelley; Sisters & Brothers-in-law, Nancy & Clayton Moss, Debra & Billy Shope, Mary & Dale Pridemore, Betty & Frank Barrett, and Jeanette Wilson; several nieces and nephews.
