Born on January 24, 1966, in Long Beach, CA. Tracy was the beloved daughter of Mary Lou Johnson. She grew up in Townsend, Tennessee, and graduated from Heritage High School.
Above all, Tracy cherished family and friends. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lou Johnson.
Tracy will be remembered for her capacity to love without judgment and with every piece of her soul. And her enthusiastic support for the Tennessee Lady Vols. To know Tracy was to love her.
