Matheny,Milton Paul "Pee Paw" age 82 of Louisville, died at 11:53 PM Wednesday, July 18, 2007 in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Preceded in death by 1st wife Mary Ann Blankenship Matheny, Parents, John L. and Lucy Grigsby Matheny. Survivors include: Wife and beloved friend Barbara Smith Matheny, Son and Daughter-in-law Craig and Sheri Smith, Daughter, Pamela L. Roman , Daughter and son-in-law, Jannene and Dudley Roark, Melanie and Charlie Williams. Grandchildren: Rachael Edwards, Kristin Roark, Justin Roark, Megan Kelley, Leah Kelley, Ashley Riley and Seth Bundy. Great Grandson; Evan Brown. Several Nieces and Nephews. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, July 24, 2007 in the Smith West Chapel with Rev. Kenny Armstrong and Micky Matheny officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to either the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
