Mildred Lucille Creech Brantley went home to be with the Lord on May 2, 2008 at her home. She was born on March 18, 1919 to Tishie & Felix Creech of Sharps Chapel, TN. She was a great mother and grandmother. She was a charter member of Brantley's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church. Preceded in death by: Parents, Felix & Tishie Creech; Husband, Everett Brantley; Daughter, Wanda Pearl Turner; Sister, Lelia Creech Bridges. Survivors include: Daughter & Son-in-law, Mae & Harold Habel of Jonesboro, GA; Grandson, Rodney and wife Carolynann Turner of Palmelto, GA; Step Grandchildren, Savannah & Connor Cody; Brother, Arthur Creech of Sharps Chapel, TN; Foster sister, Manie Brantley of Maryville; Half Sister, Ladonia Davis of Raleigh, NC; Sisters-in-law, Juanita Brantley of Komo, IN and Vina Brantley; several nieces and nephews and lots of wonderful friends. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 5, 2008 at Brantley's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Lawrence Adams, Elder Chester Hembree, and Elder D.C. Brantley officiating. Interment will follow at Brantley's Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: Brantley's Chapel Cemetery Fund, 2053 Independence Drive, Maryville, TN 37803. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Sunday, May 4, 2008 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, Maryville, 865-983-1000.
