Meskil Bledsoe, age 75, passed away peacefully on October 12, 2026 at Parkwest Hospital surrounded by family and friends. She was born on November 17, 1950 in Sweetwater, TN. She was a 1969 graduate of Alcoa High School. She spent most of her life living in the Springbrook community. She is preceded by her parents Ray and Bobbie Hooper and grand-daughter Faith Christian Bledsoe. She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years Clayton Bledsoe. She is also survived by her precious grandchildren Peiton Bledsoe Ray (Landon), Colby Bledsoe (Allie), Karson Bledsoe, Jake Bledsoe, and Cooper Bledsoe. She is also survived by many special family members and friends.

Meskil Bledsoe was a devoted Christian, loving mother, proud grandmother, and a woman whose life was defined by her unwavering faith in God and her compassion for others. Throughout her life, Meskil demonstrated what it truly meant to live a Christian life. Her faith was not simply something she spoke about; it was reflected in her daily actions. She dedicated much of her life to ministering to those in need, offering prayers, encouragement, guidance, and a helping hand to countless individuals facing difficult circumstances. She and her family often opened their home to those who needed a place to stay, reflecting her belief that God's love is best demonstrated through service to others. Although Meskil faced challenges and hardships throughout her life, she met them with remarkable courage, strength, and faith. Even during her own struggles, she continued to encourage others and place her trust in God's plan.

Above all, Meskil cherished her family. She was a loving mother and grandmother who took tremendous pride in her children and grandchildren. Her family was a source of great joy, and the love she shared with them will remain a treasured part of her legacy. Meskil's life was not measured by material possessions or personal recognition, but by the difference she made in the lives of others. She leaves behind a lasting legacy of faith, kindness, generosity, courage, and unconditional love. While her family and friends mourn her passing, they find comfort in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ and the belief that she is now resting peacefully in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Meskil Bledsoe spent her life serving God, loving her family, and helping others. Her earthly journey is complete, but her influence and the love she shared will live on for generations.
