Maudie (June) Headrick age 84 passed away April 14, 2015 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Survived by: Husband, Lynn Headrick; Children, Mike & Bea Headrick, Suzy Headrick and Linda & Kennie Adams; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends from 1:30 until 2:30 PM, Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Smith Trinity Chapel with funeral service to follow at 2:30 PM. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 3:00 PM, Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Grandview Cemetery.
