Survivors include: Husband, Ray Adkins; Son & Daughter-in-law, Steve & Rebecca Adkins of Louisville; Daughter & Son-in-law, Teresa & David Vance of Gallatin, TN; Grandchildren, Jon, Ben, and Stefani Vance, and Corey Dalton; Great-Granddaughter, Alexia Vance.
