Marjorie Jean Clemmer, age 98, of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at home. She was a member of 1st United Methodist Church on Montvale Road. Marjorie loved Ohio State football. She was Second Chair in the Violin Ohio State Orchestra. She enjoyed knitting, traveling, reading and physical fitness. Marjorie obtained her master’s degree from Ohio State University in Dietary Science. Preceded in death by: husband, Hugh Clemmer, M.D. Survivors include: son, Hugh H. Clemmer. Family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 7, 2026 at Smith East Hall. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM.
