Marilyn McCulley Clifton

Marilyn McCulley Clifton age 74 of Maryville passed away Saturday, February 16, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Oak Street Baptist Church. She was a loving, caring, selfless, joyful wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Preceded in death by her parents, R.C. and Pauline McCulley; sister, Patsy Bulger. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, James Ivy Clifton; daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Brian Holley, Connie Langridge, Cynthia and Mike Thompson, and Carol and Tony Smith; nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 19, 2013 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Brooky Gray officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, Maryville, 983-1000.
