Lisa Ann Kidd, age 63, of Walland, Tennessee, passed away on March 21, 2026. Lisa was preceded in death by her beloved twins, Rex and Lex; her mother, Juanita Gunter; her stepfather, Jack Gunter; her father, Robert Yates; her sister, Sandra Boring; her daughter, Shawna; and her brothers and sisters-in-law, James Kidd, Charles Wilson, Janice Teffeteller, and Joyce Webber. She is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Kidd; her children, Jason Kidd, Josh Kidd, and Daniel Kidd and wife Karen Kidd; her sisters, Linda Watkins and Jerry Helton; her brothers, Vince Yates and Kenny Yates; her brothers-in-law, Benny Helton and Johnny Kidd , Debbie Kidd ; her uncle, Donnie Yates; and a very special niece, Teesha, along with many other nieces and nephews. Lisa also leaves behind several grandchildren and great-grandchildren who she adored. Lisa was an amazing wife, mother, sister, and “Nanna” to so many. She had a strong, feisty spirit and a sense of humor that could light up any room. She loved deeply and took care of everyone around her, always putting others before herself. To many, she was more than family she was a mom, a safe place, and a source of comfort and laughter. Her presence will be missed more than words can express, but her love, her strength, and the memories she created will live on in all who knew her. Family will receive friends from 3:00 until 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Smith West Chapel. Funeral service will be at 5:00 PM with Terry Wilson officiating. Family and friends will assemble for interment at 9:00 AM, Friday, March 27, 2026 at Grandview Cemetery.
