Laverne Farmer

Laverne Farmer, age 94, passed away on November 4, 2025. She is preceded in death by parents, Clark and Lou Ella Farmer. She is survived by caregiver, Karen Sands; special friends, Jay and Sandy Crippen; Steve (Brenda) Linginfelter, David Wilson, Larry Teaster and Ronnie Suttles. Many thanks to the hospice nurses and the Foothills Transitional Care nurses. Family and friends will assemble for a funeral service at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 7, 2025, at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Steve Linginfelter officiating. An interment will follow at 12:00 PM. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Bethel Baptist Church, Townsend TN and the 4-H foundation.
