Lauren M. Underwood

Lauren Mason Underwood, age 35 of Knoxville, TN passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2023. Lauren loved gardening, cooking, canning, crafting, scrapbooking, soccer, gymnastics, and cheerleading. She was a loving mom to her kids and her dog Thunder. Lauren was preceded in death by her mother, Shawn Faulconer; grandfather, Jack Underwood; uncle, Clay Underwood.  She is survived by her son, Michael Gage Allen; father, Jay Underwood; sister, Ashley Underwood; niece, River Garland; grandparents, Tommy and Linda Iddings, Sonja Underwood; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; boyfriend, Josh Wilson; special friends, Michael Allen, Natasha Byrd Greer, Macaylia Sutton, Talina Russell, Glenda and Charles Allen, Jeninne and Eric Amburgey. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Saturday, December 23, 2023, with a funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM officiated by Rev. Ronnie Hepperly. Family and friends will gather at 3:00 PM at Tuckaleechee Methodist Church Cemetery 7322 Old Tuckaleechee Rd, Townsend, TN 37882 for a graveside service.
