Laura Irene Curry

Laura Irene Moore Curry beloved wife, mother, grandmother and dedicated family woman, passed away on May 31, 2024, at the age of 68.  Born on August 16, 1955, in Knoxville, TN, Lo was a lifelong resident of the city.  She was deeply devoted to her family, and her love for her husband, Denny Curry, and their sons, Mike Moore, Timothy Moore knew no bounds.  Flo’s nurturing spirit and selflessness were evident in the way she cared for her loved ones, always putting their needs before her own.  

Flo will be remembered for her warm smile, gentle, presence, and unwavering support for those closest to her.  She was a shoulder to lean, a listening ear, and a source of comfort during both joyous and challenging times.  Her immense love and dedication were a constant reminder of the power of family bonds.

In addition to being a devoted wife and mother, and grandmother Flo found joy in the simple pleasures of life.  She cherished moments spent with her loved ones, creating lasting memories through family gatherings and celebrations.  Flo’s warm and inviting nature made her a treasured friend to many, and her kindness touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.   

Flo’s legacy of love, compassion, and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.  She will be deeply missed but forever remembered as an extraordinary woman who made a significant impact on the lives of those around her.
