Judy Hutchinson

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our cherished wife and mother, Judy Carol Swafford Hutchinson. Judy was born December 30, 1941, in Calhoun, Tennessee and went to be with the Lord on December 7, 2025, in Maryville, Tennessee. Preceded in death by, Parents Carlos and Marjorie Swafford and sister Paula Diane Swafford. Survived by husband of 63 years Howard Delmos Hutchinson; son and daughter-in-law Dan and Susan Hutchinson, son and daughter-in-law Rodney and Karen Hutchinson, and daughter Kristi Hutchinson; grandchildren Adam Hutchinson, Ashleigh and Lindsey Hood, Nathan Hutchinson, and Brady Bennett; brother and sister-in-law Rick and Jenny Swafford, sister and brother-in-law Kathy and Steve Marsh; several nieces and nephews, and very special friends Kenneth and Joyce Cunningham. She was a member of Madison Avenue Baptist Church. With her love of music, she was also an active member of the church choir and enjoyed playing the Piano. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2025 in the Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Brad Paradis officiating. A private family burial will be held at Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the building fund at Madison Avenue Baptist Church.
