Joyce Ann Miller

Joyce Ann Miller, age 71, of Louisville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Joyce was born to Gene and Margaret Pesterfield and was one of four children. She shared a close bond with her brothers, Jerry and Bobby Pesterfield, and is now reunited in Heaven with her brother, Arnold Pesterfield. She was the beloved wife of Johnny Miller, and a devoted mother to Kimberly Word (Dennis Word), Carrie McLemore (Mike McLemore), and Jennifer Roberson. Joyce's greatest joy in life was her family, especially her grandchildren - Brittany McCarter (Travis McCarter), Leann McLemore (Marcus), and Amber McLemore her two great grandsons Mason and Trevor McCarter, she also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews who adored her dearly. The family will forever cherish her love, laughter, and wisdom. Joyce will be remembered for her warm heart, her strength, and her unwavering love for her family. Her presence brought comfort and light to everyone around her, and her memory will continue to live on through those she touched. The family would also like to thank the special team of hospice and hospital staff who devoted so much love and care to her. Family will receive friends Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Smith Trinity Chapel.
