Walters, Joseph Wayne of Townsend passed away Friday, March 23, 2007 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a graduate of South East Missouri College and retired from Seminole Co. Dept. of Public Safety with the Fire Department. Preceded in death by: Father, Joseph H. Walters. Survivors include: Wife, Judith N. Walters; Children, J. Michael "Mike" Walters of New Jersey, Stephanie Lynn Mutchler of Georgia, Michelle L. LaPeters, Joseph E. Walters, James D Wood, Jeffrey W. Walters, and Heather A. Jensen all of Florida; 17 Grandchildren; 2 Great-Grandchildren; Mother, Elsie R. Walters of Missouri; Brother, Roger M.
