Jo spent most of her life in Mobile, Alabama, before relocating to Knoxville in 2020 to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and beloved great grandchildren. She was a talented artist, renowned for her beautiful drawings and paintings, and found joy in reading and crocheting. Her artistic spirit shone brightly, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the privilege to know her.

Family was Jo’s greatest treasure, and her happiest moments were spent with her great grandson, Clinton Turberville III. She cherished every visit and held her family close to her heart. She is survived by her daughter, Tamra (Clinton Gachet) Turberville; grandson, Brandon (Kendra) Turberville; great grandsons, Clinton and Cormac Turberville; sisters, Pat Watkins and Sandy Price; brother, Harry Price; and her cherished nieces and nephews.

The family would like to offer heartfelt thanks to the staff at Pinnacle Assisted Living for their compassionate care and support during Jo’s final years. Jo often spoke of how much she loved living there and how wonderful the staff were, and their kindness brought her great comfort and happiness.
