Johnny A. Kerr

Johnny A. Kerr age 83 of Alcoa, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Asbury Place of Maryville. He was a member of Corinth Baptist Church in Loudon. He was a Veteran of World War II and retired from Alcoa and a member of their 25-Year Club. Preceded in death by: Wife, Mary Josephine McKelvey Kerr. Survivors include: Daughters and Sons-in-law, Larinda & William Jago of Kingston and Lavonda & Don Phelps of Maryville; Special Grandson, Lynn Phelps of Alcoa; Very special Great-Granddaughter, Kinsley Phelps; Sister, Evelyn Norris of Loudon. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Friday, May 23, 2008 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Bob Kerr officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
