John G. Trussell

John G. Trussell of Friendsville passed away Tuesday, August 5, 2008 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Midway Baptist Church and a United States Air Force Veteran serving in the Korean War. Preceded in death by: Parents, John & Kate Trussell. Survivors include: Daughters and Son-in-law, Teresa & Neal Ownsby and Lisa & Bruce Decker all of Maryville; Ex-wife and dear friend, Ramona White of Maryville; Sister, Wilma Cronan of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff that aided in his care. Funeral service will be at 7:30 PM, Thursday, August 7, 2008 at Smith Trinity. Family and friends will assemble at 1:00 PM, Friday, August 8, 2008 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
