John Arley LaFollette, Jr. age 48, born December 25, 1962 passed away at the family home. Preceded in death by: Mother, Myra Ousley LaFollette; Grandparents, Shelton & Blanche LaFollette and Paul Ousley. Left to cherish his memory are: Father, John A. LaFollette, Sr.; Sister & Brother-in-law, Kristi & Lloyd Oslonian; Nieces and Nephews, Jacob, Whitney, Kelsey, and Nick Oslonian; Grandmother, Maggie Cook; Aunts & Uncles, Delight Jobe, Yvonne & Ed Ingraham, Bobbie & Buck Hatcher, Edna Hutchens, Ralph & Evelyn Ousley, Jane & Ray Bell; many cousins and friends as well. Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM, Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Danny Davis and Penny Phipps officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to: Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund, 100 S. Rankin Road, Alcoa, TN 37701. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM, Sunday, May 15, 2011 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, Maryville, 865-983-1000.
