John Thomas Coulter

John Thomas (Tom) Coulter age 63, of Knoxville, living forever with the Lord and Savior as of July 12, 2008 after a brief illness. Born September 28, 1944 to the late Hubert Duggan and Rubye L. Coulter, Maryville. Tom was a believer and lover of God. He loved to read God's word and share the gospel. His various ministries included serving as Pastor of Old Central Assembly of God and most recently as the Minister at the (TA) Truck Stops of America, Lovell Road. Tom was the owner of Coulter's Sign Graphics and he was a United States Marine Corp Veteran. Preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law, Fred L. Graves, Sr., and brother-in-law, Fred L. Graves, Jr. Survivors include his devoted and loving wife of 42 years, Patricia "Pat" Graves Coulter; son, Timothy Owen Coulter; daughter, Kimberly Susan Millsaps; grandchildren, Justin Thomas Coulter and Mitchell Wade Millsaps; brother, David Coulter and wife, Mary of Maryville; sisters, Martha Abbott and husband, Tony of Maryville, and JoAnn Black and husband, Eldon of Alabama; mother-in-law, Margaret Graves; sister-in-law, Charlene Kirkland and husband, Carl; sister-in-law, Joyce McKee; many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and special friends. Funeral Service will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2008 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. John Lawson officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery for the interment.
