Biggar, JoAnne Karen went to be with the Lord Sunday, September 10, 2006. She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Thomas C. Biggar; granddaughter, Brooke Logan Cooper; grandfather, Bill Hodge. She is survived by her mother and step-father, Shirley Biggar and Kenneth Hammontree; daughters, Kellie Lynn Breeden and Amber Nicole Biggar; grandchildren, Trever Allen Breeden and Victoria Chance Breeden; sister and brother-in-law, Angie and Jeffery Proffitt; brothers and sisters-in-law, Steve and Kathy Biggar, David and Annette Biggar; nephews, Andrew Proffitt and Brett Biggar; nieces, Kelly, Allison, and Hailey Biggar and Emily Brown; special children, Prissy, Dallas and JoeBoy. Funeral Service will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. September 12, 2006 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Jed Emert and Rev. Brooky Gray officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at Grandview Cemetery for the Interment. Friends may call at their convenience after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith Mortuary.
