Jo Ann Garland, age 82 of Maryville, passed away Monday, March 30, 2020 at Blount Memorial Hospital. Preceded in death by her parents, Jess and Kate Watkins; husband, Johnny “Big J” Clay Garland; daughter, Connie Garland; 2 brothers; sisters, Athelene Drew, Sue Myers. Survived by son, Ricky Garland; daughter, Wendy Garland; brothers, Jesse Watkins, James Watkins, Harold and Susie Watkins; sisters, Rena Foster, Teresa Lipps.
