Jimmie L. Kirkland

Jimmie Lynn Kirkland age 53 of Knoxville passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2010 surrounded by family and friends at her home. She was a member of Beaver Creek Presbyterian Church in Powell, TN. Jimmie was also a graduate of Powell High School Class of 1973. Preceded in death by: Husband, Jack Kirkland; Mother, Dorothy Womac; Grandparents, Hester & Oscar Womac and Beatrice & Walter Cooper. Survivors include: Sons, Raymond Anthony Walker and Randall James Walker & wife Lisa; Father, James Womac; Sister, Debbie Goodwin & husband Sandy; Special nieces, Michelle Erickson & Melanie Peckham; many other family and friends. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Friday, January 8, 2010 at Beaver Creek Presbyterian Church in Powell, TN with Dr. Thomas Sweet, Rev. Fran Vickers, and Rev. Don Sweet officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, January 9, 2010 at Clark’s Grove Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to: Beaver Creek Presbyterian Church Music Department, Powell, TN.
