Jerry J.T. Debuty

Debuty, Shelbea age 7, Smith, Sinjin "Bubby" age 10, Debuty, Jerry III "J.T." age 12, and Mason, Mandolin "Mandy" age 14 all of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at their home. Shelbea, Sinjin, and Jerry all attended Friendsville Elementary School. Mandolin attended William Blount High School and was a member of the ROTC. They attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Maryville. Survivors include: Immediate family members, Father, Jerry Roston Debuty Jr.; Mother, Amanda Lee Debuty; Brother, Raymond Joseph Debuty; Grandparents, Jerry & Gail Debuty, Leora & Matthew Olsen; Aunt & Uncle, Sandy & Charlie McCall; Cousins, Ethan, Macy, and Elijah; Mother of Mandy & J.T., Sharon Mason; Grandparents of Mandy & J.T., Mary & Roger Mason; Father of Sinjin, Aaron Smith; Grandparents of Sinjin Smith, James & Paulette Smith. Lots of loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, February 13, 2007 in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Bishop Dwight Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
