Jeff Smith

Jeff Smith age 48 of Louisville died Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Central Baptist Church. Jeff was a loving father and friend. Preceded in death by his father, Donald Smith, Sr.; mother, Mary Smith; sister, Sherry Breeden. Survivors include his daughter, Brittany Smith; son, Justin Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Donnie (Pudge) and Patti Smith; sister, Kathy Smith; best friends, Roy, Sara, and Amber Woods and Wayne Green; several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins. Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Tim Kimsey and Rev. Jim Beasley officiating. Family and friends will assemble at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Grandview Cemetery for the interment.
