Following her retirement, Jean served as a Pink Lady at Blount Memorial Hospital working in the gift shop. She was a gifted cross stitcher and spent time creating beautiful pieces to be displayed. Jean also enjoyed reading, flower gardening, canning and making delicious jelly.
Jean married Darrell Pryor on May 15, 1948. They were married 74 years and 11 months prior to Darrell’s death in April, 2023.
