Jean Black

Jean Black age 84 passed away Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Blount Memorial Transitional Care. She was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church. She was an avid seamstress, pottery, gardening, and loved her Lady Vols. Jean was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Survivors include: Husband of 62 years, Robert Black; Son, Kevin Black; Daughter, Kimberly Dryja; Grandchildren, Wyatt Dryja, Parker Dryja, and Garrett Dryja; Brother, Lloyd Simmons (Mary Lou) of Dallas, TX; Sister, Wanda Watkins of California. Family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Grandview Mausoleum Chapel. A celebration of life will follow at 11:00 AM with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating.
