"JB" Brice Hargett

“JB” Brice Hargett, age 81 of Greenback, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at Blount Memorial Hospital. JB retired from Rockford Manufacturing and Hurst Tools. He was a Veteran of the United States Army. JB enjoyed woodworking and was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather to everyone who knew him. Preceded in death by parents, Charlie and Hessie Hargett; brothers, Ray and Buddy Hargett; sisters, Sarah Sellers, and infant sister, Janie; daughter, Patty Myers. Survived by wife of 63 years, Novella Hargett; sons, Larry Hargett, Bobby Hargett (Candice); grandchildren, Tim Bynum, John Hargett, Joshua Hargett, Cassie Hargett, Michael Myers, Brandon Hargett; great-grandchildren, Aidan, Zoey, Keri, Victor, Braden, Macey, and Jewel; brother, Donnie Hargett of North Carolina. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 PM Tuesday, April 5, 2022 at Smith Trinity Chapel. Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 PM with Buster Gibson officiating.
