James Warren Wine

James “Jim” Warren Wine, age 90 of Madisonville, TN passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at home with his sons by his side. Jim retired from the United States Air Force after 22 years and service in Korea and Vietnam. After retiring from his military service, he was superintendent at Wallace Hills Golf Course in Maryville and Royal Oaks Golf Course in Georgia before working as Caretaker of Sequoya Village Apartments. Jim is preceded in death by his wife, Billie Jayne Wine; parents, James Theodore and Martha Wine; sisters, Dolores Sutcliffe, Carol Schank, Joyce Bricker; brother, Dennis Wine. He is survived by his sons, James Theodore Wine (Teresa), Michael McKinley Wine (Janice); grandchildren, Rhiannon (Henry), Teddi (David), Caitlin (Quinn), Warren, and Kristi (Josh); 4 great-grandchildren; brother, Donald Wine; sisters, Sheila Smith (Kenny), Sandy Ale. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 16, 2022 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM.
